Ralph William Scarrow, 79, San Gabriel., Calif., 1950 graduate of Sherman Community High School, died Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011, at his home.
He was born on Jan. 21, 1932 to William Bristol Scarrow and Hazel May Hafer at Goodland. Mr Scarrow served in the U.S. Navy, where he learned his lifelong profession as a lithographer.

Mr Scarrow was a member of the California Turtle and Tortoise Club and the Basset Hound Club of Southern California for over 40 years.

Preceeding him in death were his parents. Survivors include his wife, Marion of 57 years of the home; three children, Will (Lin) Scarrow of Medford, Ore., Debra (Chris) Haislet of Riverside, Calif.; and six grandchildren.

Military burial will be 1:45 p.m.(Mountain Time) on Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, at Riverside National Cemetery stage area 4.

There will be a potluck picnic at 2 p.m. (Mountain Time) on Saturday Aug. 27, 2011 to celebrate his life.
